BT Asset Management SAI S.A., an investment management company, member of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group, has been present on the Romanian capital market since 2005. The company contributes, directly or together with its parent company, Banca Transilvania S.A., to: increasing the level of financial education, increasing access to financial products, investing in the Romanian economy, digitalization of the non-banking financial sector, increasing the savings rate in Romania. The investments made by the funds managed by BT Asset Management SAI S.A. result in the development of the Romanian capital market and, implicitly, of the issuers listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Consistent with its values, BT Asset Management SAI S.A. aims: (i) to orient the funds' resources towards investments that promote, among others, environmental or social characteristics or a combination of these characteristics and (ii) to develop the company's activities in a sustainable way by: increasing efficiency, developing employees, complying with the legal regulatory framework, improving the internal regulatory framework.
