BT Asset Management SAI S.A., an investment management company, member of Banca Transilvania Financial Group, has been present in the Romanian capital market since 2005. The company contributes, directly or together with its parent company, Banca Transilvania S.A., to: increasing the level of financial education, increasing access to financial products, investing in the Romanian economy, digitalizing the non-banking financial sector, increasing the level of savings in Romania. The investments made by the funds managed by BT Asset Management SAI S.A. result in the development of the Romanian capital market and, by implication, of the issuers listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
